Welcome to Boondocks Mercantile also known as Grandpa's General Store.

The Boondocks is a place where childhood memories are preserved through stories, artwork, handmade goods, and simple traditions. Here you'll find pieces inspired by summer evenings, front porch conversations, rodeos, country life, garden harvests, and the moments that make life in the Boondocks worth remembering.

Whether you're here to browse the Mercantile, read Grandma's Journal, or simply seeing what's here, take your time looking around. Every shelf holds something a little different—from nostalgic apparel and handcrafted quilts to one-of-a-kind treasures and everyday country favorites.

  • Made to Be Noticed

These aren't your ordinary button-ups—and they were never meant to be.

Handmade in the Boondocks Workshop, each shirt brings together bold satin fabrics, unexpected prints, and contrasting details for a look that refuses to disappear into the crowd. Many are one of a kind, with new combinations created as inspiration strikes.

Choose from brilliant solids with printed accents, statement-making prints, and your choice of pearl snaps or traditional buttons.

Want something that's completely your own? Custom orders and personalization are available, including custom-printed fabric created especially for your shirt.

Handmade in the Boondocks. Made to stand out.

Grandma's Journal

Every place has a storyteller, and around the Boondocks, that's Grandma.

Through her journal, she shares recipes, gives advice, keeps records of the honeybees and garden crops, and writes stories about the rodeos, summer evenings, front porch conversations, family traditions, and the everyday moments that become our favorite memories.

Pull up a chair and stay awhile. Grandma would love to share a story with you.
